‘Glitter Girl’

SparkleMasters’ very first prototype — and the world’s first photographic sequin mosaic — was created over a span of four months, one tiny sequin at a time, by company founder Jeremy Kirsch in 2009 (scroll down for the time-lapse video!)

While showing at ArtPrize 2011 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, ‘Glitter Girl’ (as she came to be known) was later acquired by a buyer for Ripley’s Believe It or Not! and subsequently spent the rest of her days glamming up the lobby of Ripley’s Hollywood museum.
